Hi there, my mouldy blog, long time no see! I'm here to update.
I need to apologize to Frendy about the delayed BBQ photos. I'm rather busy recently. And as you know, I'm not a regular blogger. There're not many actually because ALL OF YOU WERE SO EXHAUSTED TO TAKE PHOTOS AFTER PLAYING FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT AND ONLY ME ALONE WHO WERE STILL HYPER AND ENERGETIC LIKE MAD! As a result, there were no group photos. Most of them with me in. =P These were taken during Maina's birthday celebration at ECP when I stayed over till Saturday moring and slept for the whole Saturday and Sunday! *BABI*

See? Our Julia's not interested in taking photos at all. In fact, ALL OF THEM DON'T LIKE TAKING PICTURES! What's the point of bringing a camera? -.- Yen Ting! Kai Xin was forced to take this picture with me. And so did Yen. Haha! 1 huge table's not enough for us. Haha! See? I told you. There're just a few photos.
I read a book about cardiovascular exercise. It's interesting! That really attracts me! As what stated in the book, the benefits of cardiovasular exercise are:
It also mentions about the process and duration with the eating habits we're adviced to follow. I think it's possible to lead such a life style. I think I am a healthy person but my lifestyle is not healthy enough as I lack of exercise. I'm finally motivated to exercise for the sake of interest (instead of going for jogging just because the researchers found out that it's good for brain). HOWEVER.... This is what Jordon asked me to follow: Meal 1(7am) : ~100g chicken breast,2 whole eggs,spam broccoli,2 caps fishoil
Which is SO IMPOSSIBLE! How am I gonna make eating every 3 hours as my daily habit!? >.<
But Jordon is the most successful case I've ever seen.
